DESCRIPTION

In collaboration with the League of Rural Voters's Main Street Project (a non-partisan 501(c)3 effort), CCP is actively engaged in strengthening a network of rural residents to increase the political participation of rural people in the electoral and policy decision-making process'.

Through education and grassroots advocacy initiatives, our two organizations are working to educate, train, and mobilize rural constituents and to develop nonpartisan civic engagement coalitions in rural communities that encourage greater political participation.

We work with existing community-based organizations, agencies and individuals to create and carry-out community-led voter registration, education, and GOTV mobilization.
